Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Refunds:
1.1 Product Refunds:
– We offer a 5 days money-back guarantee for all products purchased directly from Choate Technologies LLP. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within this period. Terms and Conditions apply.
– To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at refunds@paas2.in. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days upon approval. Taxes and one time charges, as applicable, will be deducted.
1.2 Service Refunds:
– Refunds for services are subject to specific terms outlined in the service agreement or contract. Please refer to your service agreement for details regarding refund eligibility and procedures.
– For cancellations of ongoing services, refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service after deducting taxes and one time service charges.
1.3 Digital Products:

– Cancellations made after a billing cycle has begun will take effect from the next billing cycle.
